"Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler."

Papyrus is the best UML/SysML editor I am aware of.
Papyrus features a coherent user interface, Software AG UML Designer IMHO does not.
Papyrus is UML/SysML compliant, Sparx Enterprise architect, IBM Rational Rhapsody, Mentor Graphics BridgePoint, Modelio and other so called UML tools I used before IMHO are not.

Please, provide automatic diagram routing (arrange all) for all diagram types.
Please, provide bug fixes as soon as possible.

But please do not sacrifice UML/SysML compliance nor the current versatility of Papyrus to make it fool proof.

Papyrus 1.0, I have a seperate installation beside Polarsys 0.8 is really damn good.
